A swim dispute to remember
The location was great, and we enjoyed the quietness of the pool area despite the odd incident.
However, an uncomfortable interaction with the front desk left us questioning our stay—a confrontational clerk ruined our relaxing swim.

100% recommend for a quick stopover
Clean room, helpful staff, with the added comfort of three pillows on each queen bed that made our stay truly enjoyable, not to mention the fantastic pool which was a perfect way to relax after exploring nearby attractions.
It was perfect.

The room was a comfortable King Room with great amenities, including a refrigerator and a microwave, which made our stay convenient. The complimentary toiletries and hair dryer were a nice touch, and the cable TV with HBO provided perfect entertainment after a long day. The front desk was available 24/7, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
The breakfast options were quite limited.

While the hotel may not have struck gold, the local food scene sure does! Just a hop away, Cracker Barrel serves up its classic homestyle meals that'll warm the heart, and you can’t go wrong with a brew at Smoky Mountain Brewery — their pizzas are a must-try! Plus, the King Room offered cozy amenities that made it a bit more bearable.
Now, let's keep it real. The breakfast options were pretty bleak, just a lonely stack of cold waffles. And that tiny lobby? A glorified broom closet! The overall vibe felt like it needed a serious facelift.

The King Room offers some basic amenities that can make a stay a bit more comfortable, like a fridge and microwave, which are handy for snacks. The cable TV provides entertainment options after a long day, especially if you’re keen on HBO.
The hotel is noticeably outdated. Furniture and fixtures appear old and stained, with the bed sitting uncomfortably low to the ground. The heating and cooling units function, but the broken diffuser means you can't direct the airflow where you want it. The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with weak shower pressure and difficulty in controlling water temperature. Towels feel rough, akin to sandpaper, which is quite unpleasant. Lastly, the inconsistency in check-in times is an inconvenience if you arrive early.

The air conditioning effectively kept the room cool , and the housekeeping staff impressed me with their attention to detail, even arranging my belongings neatly after cleaning. I also appreciated the convenient centralized location, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. The mountain view from the room added a nice touch to my stay, offering a serene backdrop to my mornings.
The pool was closed for the season.

great access to local attractions and delicious dining options
Staying here made exploring the area so easy, with Smoky Mountain Knife Works just under 6 km away and Cracker Barrel for a hearty meal just a quick stroll down the road, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable and stress-free. while the king room provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day full of exploration, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

The beds were comfortable, and the check-in was pleasant, thanks to the friendly staff. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a restful night. Freshly prepared salads nearby added a nice touch to the dining options. However, the lack of breakfast choices was disappointing, and the double beds felt small. Additionally, the area around the hotel was quiet, but traffic was limited, making it slightly inconvenient for exploring the area.

Comfort and Convenience, but Security Needs Attention
Our stay in the double room with two double beds was comfortable, featuring essential amenities like a refrigerator. However, security was concerning. the door had visible damage, and I felt uneasy. Consider checking the door locks before settling in for peace of mind.
